I hate to sound like a shrill ex-girlfriend but I cannot believe American Airlines still hasn't replied to my complaint letter. I guess this whole thing is a bit like a break up. Especially, since it drives me to say thing like the following;
If you can't be bothered to reply it is the same as saying what happened was a-okay by you. And why on G-d's green earth (that I love to fly around) would I chose you over Copa or Us Airways? You obviously don't care about my feelings. Even after all the miles....I guess that is the part that bugs me the most.
To quote a friend: it used to be easier when you just had to pick cheapest airfares. Now you need to dance around crappy airlines and terrible airports as well :/

If Delta Airlines is in your area try them. I was in the Narita Airport when the 2011 earthquake hit and we spent 30 hours waiting for the all clear. Delta provided water, blankets and food to everyone. Great Airlines!!
